ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Delivery availability is subject to geographic service areas, inventory, staffing, weather, traffic, driver availability, and operational limitations. Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed.

Faith Fleur may utilize independent third-party delivery providers, courier services, or contractor drivers. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree that third-party delivery personnel are independent contractors and delivery timing may vary.

Faith Fleur is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, building restrictions, gated access, security personnel, force majeure events, or courier-related operational issues. Once an order is marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer and/or recipient.

Faith Fleur is not liable for theft after delivery, recipient mishandling, exposure to weather after delivery, delays beyond reasonable control, failed deliveries caused by inaccurate customer information, or damage occurring after completed delivery confirmation.

Customers are solely responsible for accurate addresses, gate or access instructions, recipient availability, and safe delivery conditions.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the perishable and custom nature of floral products, all sales are generally final.

Refunds, credits, replacements, or adjustments are reviewed solely at Faith Fleur’s discretion. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photographs. Claims submitted outside the review period may be denied.

Refunds are not guaranteed for natural floral variation, color differences, bloom stage preferences, fragrance expectations, substitutions, subjective design preferences, delivery delays outside reasonable control, recipient absence, incorrect addresses submitted by customers, or deterioration occurring after delivery completion.

Faith Fleur reserves the right to offer replacement products instead of refunds, provide store credit, deny fraudulent or abusive claims, or require inspection or evidence before resolution.

Custom event, wedding, corporate, installation, or subscription services may involve non-refundable deposits and preparation costs.

CORPORATE SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
Faith Fleur offers recurring floral subscriptions and corporate services. Subscription services may include recurring deliveries, gifting programs, office florals, event scheduling, and concierge-style coordination.

By enrolling, customers acknowledge that floral selections may vary seasonally, deliveries are subject to operational availability, and pricing may change due to wholesale market fluctuations, labor costs, fuel costs, or operational adjustments.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled according to agreed notice periods.

Missed deliveries caused by office closures, restricted access, incorrect information, or recipient unavailability may still be billable.

Faith Fleur reserves the right to modify schedules, substitute products, pause operations during emergencies, or suspend services for nonpayment.

EVENT & WEDDING POLICY
Faith Fleur provides floral services for weddings, corporate events, installations, Bloom Bars, activations, and private events.

Event services may require consultations, signed proposals, deposits, minimum commitments, and venue coordination.

Retainers and deposits may be non-refundable due to inventory procurement, labor scheduling, vendor commitments, and production preparation.

Faith Fleur reserves the right to substitute floral products or materials of equal or greater value when necessary.

Clients are responsible for venue compliance, access permissions, timing coordination, environmental conditions, and third-party vendor management.

Faith Fleur is not liable for venue restrictions, third-party vendor actions, outdoor weather impacts, floral performance after installation completion, or damage caused by guests, venues, or other vendors.

Any arches, vessels, mechanics, installations, rental décor, structures, or equipment supplied by Faith Fleur remain property of Faith Fleur unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Faith Fleur reserves the right to photograph and use event work for marketing, portfolio display, social media, advertising, and promotional campaigns unless restricted in writing prior to the event.
